2026 SPEAKERS

Speaker 1

Mack Tomlinson

Mack is seasoned pastor and author. He entered into pastoral ministry in 1977 and has travelled extensively to herald God's Word. In addition to his pastoral and itinerant ministry, Mack has authored several books: "In Light of Eternity: The Life of Leonard Ravenhill," "Grace and Truth: The Life of Conrad Murrell," and "The Indomitable Brainerds." He is currently writing a book on the Scottish Covenanters. Mack lives in Denton, Texas with his wife, Linda. They have six children and a ever-growing number of grandchildren.

Ben is the Middle East and North America Coordinator for HeartCry Missionary Society. He has served in various ministry roles since 2002, including pastoral ministry and church revitalization. He is a debtor to grace alone, whose only boast is that he is known by the Lord and that his name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. He lives in Roanoke, Virginia, with his wife and four children.

Ryan Case

Ryan has served as the preaching elder at Grace Community Church in Lethbridge since 2007. Ryan has a passion to see the lost ushered into the Kingdom of God, as well as to see Christ's redeemed grow in all knowledge and grace. He loves expositional preaching, biblical theology, and studying Greek and Hebrew. His hobbies include reading copious amounts of theological books and writing music. Ryan is a graduate of Toronto Baptist Seminary (M.Div.). He is married to his lovely wife, Christina, and has been blessed with five beautiful daughters.

Dr. Ted Fenske

Ted is a former Clinical Professor with the Division of Cardiology at the University of Alberta and staff cardiologist at the C.K. Hui Heart Centre. He draws from his 30+ years of experience in medicine to speak to the pressing issues of the day with grace and truth. He is also a speaker with Apologetics Canada, Fellow at the Ezra Institute, and Elder at Fellowship Baptist Church. He is the author of numerous books and journals, and has a passion for Christian worldview equipping ministry. He is married with three grown sons and is enjoying the grand-parenting phase of life.

Dr. Joel Arnold

Joel is president of Foundation Baptist College in Edmonton. earned his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, and is currently pursuing a D.Ics. from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. He taught for nine years at Bob Jones Memorial Bible College in Manila before moving to Edmonton. In addition to his duties as president, he also teaches theology, exposition, pastoral preaching, and various ministry courses. He and his wife, Sarah, have four children.

Shayne Poirier

Shayne serves as one of the pastors of Grace Fellowship Church Edmonton. In addition to his labours as a pastor and church planter, Shayne is the founder of Grace Theological Institute, a ministerial training centre that prepares men to serve in pastoral ministry. Grace Theological Institute currently serves students across Canada and oversees. Shayne has studied at institutions in Canada and the US, and is currently completing graduate work at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary. Shayne lives in the Edmonton area with his wife and their two teenage children.

Sam Kelm

Sam serves as one of the pastors at Grace Fellowship Church Edmonton. He was born and raised in Germany and moved to Alberta with his family at the age of 19. Though he grew up attending church, it was not until 2017  that the Lord graciously saved him. Since then, he has committed himself to studying the Scriptures, conforming his life to God’s Word, and serving his Master. Sam has an Advanced Certificate in Church Leadership from The Master’s Seminary Institute for Church Leadership.

Aaron Hale is the pastor of Redeeming Grace Bible Church in Bluesky, Alberta. Aaron has been in pastoral ministry since 2008 and planted Redeeming Grace Bible Church in 2018. He received his ministerial training through Peace River Bible Institute and is now completing a graduate degree in Biblical Counselling at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary.  Aaron serves alongside his wife, Christine. They have been married since 2007 and are blessed with six sons.
